ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

FSG Excel output does not show Budget columns


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All columns in the defined FSG report are displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit FSG with Excel output type that includes budget columns.
2. FSG Excel output does not show Budget columns. These same columns do display when submitted form the GL application.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot review the budget data in report manager.
