Customer Name and Number Details are Not Showing in the Contract Search Screen (Doc ID 2371555.1)

Symptoms

The Customer Name and Number details are not showing on the Contract Search form.

While searching for Service Contracts, the search results do not show the Customer Name and Customer Account Number of the contract.

Steps
1. Using a Service Contracts Manager responsibility.
2. Navigate to the Search form from the Launchpad.
3. Query for any existing Service Contract
4. Note that the columns listed on the form does not include Customer Name and Customer Account Number.
