On : 12.2.5 version, Administration Vendor sourcing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Vendor Sourcing page hangs when trying to add a new record

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to use Vendor Sourcing page properly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in CMRO , navigate to Administration-> Vendor Sourcing
2. Try to create a new record for Vendors
