On : 12.2.5 version, CLAIMS

Related Customer's Credit Memos does not appear while settling claims with Previous Open CM method

trying to settle Generic Deductions with "Previous Open Credit Memo" method.

Expectation is that related customer account's CM should also appear in the LOV but the same is not reflected.
