Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module

The page error out when click the update icon to update a customer's credit card expiration date.

Error page: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. Click here for exception details.

Error stack Log shows below error.

java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.iby.fundcapture.setup.components.server.IbyPayerSetupAMImpl.initCCQuery(IbyPayerSetupAMImpl.java:2010)



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. LOgin to Receivables(R)>Query customer account number.
2. At the Accounts area, click the Details icon.
3. On the Account Sites page, go the address and click the Details icon.
4. In the Payment Instruments area, locate the credit card number and click the update icon to update the expiration date.
5. Receive error message the page encountered an unexpected error.
