When attempting to Submit Budget from Self Services Page, the following error occurs.

Error ORA-20002: 3148: '2,432,000.00' could not be converted to type. TYPE=NUMBER in Package PA_FIN_PLAN_PVT Procedure Submit_Curent_Working_FinPlan

Issue occurs when the profile Option "Currency:Thousands Separator" is set as Yes.
