Estimated Billed Accruals are not Generating Accrual Reversals in Subsequent Month

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Generate Accruals

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Variable Rate Float Factor using revenue recognition of Estimated and billed is supposed to generate a reversal of Estimated Accrual in the subsequent period but that is not happening. Month end accounting in cancelling the original event after final accounting without creating reversal.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Reversal to be generated as part of the month end Final Create Accounting.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a Float Factor lease using Revenue Recognition of Estimated and Billed
2. Accrue the contract.
3. Run Create Accounting in Final mode.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users must make manual entries for the missing expected reversal.
