Web ADI template fails with the following error displayed on the page and may impact few or all the Web ADI users.

1. Go into the responsibility: Desktop Integration
2. Navigate to MENUPATH > Create Document
3. Attempt to create a Web ADI template
4. Confirm the Member not found error is received
OR
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps during the Template Upload :
1) Create a new template.
2) Enter data into the template.
3) Submit the template upload via the Add-In -> Oracle -> Upload menu.
4) The error is seen.
OR
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps during the Report Manager FSG Excel Publishing:
1. Go to any Report Manager Responsibility.
2. Select menu function Financial Report Submission.
3. Select Parameters to submit the report.
4. Click to Excel Icon to view the report output in an Excel format.
