The error occurs after applying Rel 3.1.2 patches.
Unable to reproduce this issue in other instances.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
In iProcurement responsibility :
1. Go to Edit and Submit Requisition page
2. Click Line Details icon
3. Unexpected error page appears
