Inventory transaction inquiry forms default date/time defaults without seconds
When using any Inventory transaction inquiry, the default date/time format for the current day is correct displaying as DD-MON-YYYY HH:MM:SS but when changing the date using LOV, the end date displays as DD-MON-YYYY HH:MM and defaults the seconds to 00.

Steps (Example)
1. INV(N)Transactions > Material Transactions
In Find Material Transactions form, Transaction Dates are defaulted as 14-MAR-2018 00:00:00 - 14-MAR-2018 23:59:59
2. When opening LOV of Transaction Dates 'To' field and selecting the date (e.g. 15-MAR-2018), the date is displayed as '15-MAR-2018 23:59:00'.
    '15-MAR-2018 23:59:59' is expected
