How To Select Multiple Delivery Details For Pick Release In Shipping Transaction Form (Doc ID 2373922.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Pick Release

Business process is to pick release hundreds of lines per day from the Shipping Transaction Form.  However, when users attemptto multi-select multiple delivery details to pick release in the Shipping Transaction Form, the following error is raised.  It is too labor intensive to pick release one line at a time. 

 
ERROR
-----------------------

APP-WSH-228468: This action cannot be invoked when there is a multiple selection .
Select only one record and invoke the action again.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Responsibility : Oracle Order Management Super User
2.Shipping
3.Transaction
4.Query Order
5.Multi-select all delivery details on order
6.Error is Raised
