Bank Priority changes in iReceivables using Direct Debit after RPC5 (Doc ID 2374164.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Payment Components

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank accounts entered through iReceivables are getting highest Priority and getting defaulted for Direct Debit, Issue is happening after RPC5.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to iReceivables >
2. Account details
3. select the transaction and click pay, on the quick payment page add new bank details and pay
4. Payment processed without any issue, Navigate to Receivables manager
5. Query the account and payment term the priority changes after adding the bank details from iReceivables

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter Bank accounts through iReceivables are getting highest Priority
