On : 12.1.3 version, Reconciliation and Clearing

Not Able to Unreconcile Statement line which is reconciled with Cashflow.

AVAILABLE2.get_le_name procedure raised unhandled exception


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Bank Statements and Reconciliation form
2. Search for bank statement and go to Lines form
3. Try to unreconcile bank statement line


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot unreconcile bank statement line
