View Requisition From Work Order Page Gives Error 'This Requisition Does Not Exist'

Symptoms
When attempting to view requisitions from the Work Order Page, the following error occurs.
This issue started after applying consolidated Rollup <Patch 25982732>:R12.PO.B
ERROR

This Requisition Does Not Exist.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: (Purchasing Super User.
2. Click on Work Orders tab.
3. Query work order which is linked to a requisition.
4. Receive the above error when trying to view requisition information.
