Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Rent Increase
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While trying to create a Rent increase via API, system is not taking the ASSESSMENT_DATE passed the API
and by default it is taking the same date as Rent increase commencement date because of which the rent increase calculation is going incorrect
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the API should take the ASSESSMENT_DATE which is entered in the API
as the same can be updated via form, this should be allowed via API as well
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Rent increase via API
2. Pass the ASSESSMENT_DATE to API
3. system is taking the default ASSESSMENT_DATE
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Create correct rent increase agreement
