Service Request | Setup | Rules | Notification Rules
Create a new rule
Event: Service Request Status Changed
To/From: Status Changed To
Status: Received the Return (This can be any status of your choosing)
Template Type: Standard Template
Notification Template: Notify Owner: Service Request Status Updated Message
Then change a Service Request status to the appropriate status and wait for the notification.
There is an errored workflow notification under the workflow administrator account - SYSADMIN.
