EBS to GTM Integration is Not Sending Request XML To GTM. Thread Worker Log shows: "No Such File Or Directory" (Doc ID 2375022.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Intl Trade Mgmt Integration

When running the Item Synchronization in ITM, the process generates the XML file for GTM.
The Item Synchronization program completes normal but the file is never transmitted to GTM.

Please note that the same issue occurs for all EBS to GTM processes:
Item Synchronization
Party Synchronization
Order Export Compliance
Delivery Export Compliance

Other details:
==> Confirmed that the ITM Adapter does create the correct XML file for both Items and Parties. Have had the files manually loaded to GTM to confirm they are accurate.
==> EBS will not transfer the file to GTM.
==> ITM Adapter is running 

Thread worker log file shows the following:

30499 Worker1 (DEBUG) Fetched Session ID: 0x1b229b0
---- Wed Mar 14 11:34:26 EDT 2018 ----
30499 Worker1 (WARN) /usr/tmp/null (No such file or directory)
30500 Worker1 (INFO) Updating the Request with - ControlId = 19002 with ProcessFlag = 2
30502 Worker1 (DEBUG) In ITMRequestDB.insertNullResponse method to insert null response and updating the request table

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit EBS process..For example Item Synchronization in ITM
2. Jobs completes normally
3. XML file for GTM is created.
4. However, the file is never transmitted to GTM.
