Why is the Request Detail Form Mislabeled to Show FND_DIALOG_O Instead of OK? (Doc ID 2375060.1)

Goal

It looks like the button is displaying the name of the button instead of the button label on the Request Detail form.

Navigation is View Requests then click Find Requests.

Pick a completed request then click View Details.

The Request Detail form comes up and shows FND_DIALOG_O.

Form version is below:

Form Name : FNDRSRUN
Form Version : 12.0.44.12010000.146

The patch numbers applied were 25146365 and 26964782.
