On : 12.2.5 version, Inbound Processing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Find that when using Manual Load to process the Crossdocking Task is not using the suggested Crossdock put away but instead is removing the Crossdock suggestion

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Manual Load should work for crossdocking suggestions as well

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a wave with Internal Orders.
2. Wave released and orders are released in planned for Cross Docking state with supply as ASN.
3. ASN is received and crossdock suggestions are created.
4. Perform Manual Load and Cross dock suggestions are removed.
