Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Bills of Material Explosion process

User is getting following error when using oe_order_pub.process_order API.

Error
This Bill Explosion is already in progress in a different session. Please try again after some time.

Steps
The issue cannot be reproduced at will.
But the issue is observed in the output when user executed oe_order_pub.process_order.
