Goal

There is a requisition showing as "in-Process" which typically indicates a pending approval workflow completion

However the requisition is not searchable in requisition summary form.

When the database is queried PO_REQUISITION_HEADERS_ALL and PO_REQUISITION_LINES_ALL tables do not show any of this Requisition data.

Is there a way to recover the Requisition?
