ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After saving a timecard using Timekeeper responsibility some data disappears.
When we make a new entry on the timecard and save it, it gives an error "Invalid expenditure type and expenditure type class combination"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Case 1:
+ After update of hours on a timecard, time type field and other fields have gone blank.
+ If close the form and re-query it, the fields are again showing values populated.
Case 2:
+ If trying to enter a new timecard, and save it, it goes into error
