Error When Adding Team Member After Fix Provided From Bug 26746594 (Doc ID 2375712.1)

Symptoms

After performance fix provided from Bug 26746594, the following occurs:

Here are the steps to get the Error.
1. Change Team Member Type to Ex Employee. Try to select Ex Employee
2. Nothing shows up on the List
3. Change Team Member Type to Employee. Choose an employee or Contingent Worker
4. Hit Apply or Add Another. You will get the error.
