Actual Behavior
When applying the patch, the following INV forms are not getting compiled.
inv forms/US INVTTELT.fmx
inv forms/US INVTOTRX.fmx
inv forms/US INVTTMTX.fmx

Error
In the worker log, the following error is detected.
