Journal Approval AME Workflow Does Not Cancel Notifications That Are Transferred (Doc ID 2376018.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Journal Approval AME Workflow does not cancel notifications that are transferred. 
When using 'Transfer' notifications through Reassign functionality, the notifications that are delegated or transferred using this functionality are not cancelled when the journal is approved by another approver.
Recently applied the <Patch 26760757> and  the notifications that are delegated are getting cancelled when the journal is approved but the issue is still there for notifications that are transferred.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected the transferred notification to be closed as well.
