Symptoms

I-setup extractor is failing to extract shipping parameter records.

When trying to create an extract from the shipping parameters : Discrete Mfg. and Distribution > Shipping > Shipping Parameters

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a shipping parameter and add DFF attributes.
2) iSetup Home > Selection sets > Create > Discrete Mfg. and -> Distribution >  Shipping > Shipping Parameters > Organization Code > Apply & Execute
3) The extractor should be able to finish successfully.

Due to this issue, users cannot extract shipping parameters through i-setup
