Last updated on APRIL 10, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle iProcurement - Version 12.1.3 to 12.2.7 [Release 12.1 to 12.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On Release: 12.2.6 version, Punchout to Supplier or hub

When attempting to submit a requisition from Punchout the following error below occurs.

There are two sourced documents:

GBPA - Restock items using Min Max using internal items where the Supplier item is assigned to recognize for delivery & tracking purposes. Site ABC
GCPA - Ordering the same supplier item using Punchout process ( External catalog) for expense or one time purchases. Site XYZ

Executing the Punchout, the system is mapping the item to the internal item using the GBPA.

There is only one operating unit defined in the instance.

ERROR
Row 1 Error - Item XYZ-xxxxx is not purchasable for the destination specified. Please select another item or contact your purchasing administrator.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the Punchout to use the GCPA instead of GBPA

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:1. Execute the Punchout
2. Return Shopping Cart
3. Submit Requisition for Approval
4. Receive Error: Error - Item XYZ-xxxxx is not purchasable for the destination specified.
Please select another item or contact your purchasing administrator.
