WebAdi Using DFF - Journal Import Program Terminated By Signal 11 and Internal heap ERROR And Using DFF From Journal Form Get FRM-92101: There Was A Failure In The Forms Server During Startup (Doc ID 2376264.1)

Symptoms

A) When importing journal via web ADI using source Spreadsheet and with DFF validation, the import completes in error

ERROR
-----------------------
***** Internal heap ERROR kghfrempty:ds addr=0xf2ebf01c ds=0xa1f8440 *****;
Program was terminated by signal 11.

When importing journal via web ADI using source Spreadsheet and without DFF validation, the import completes successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. WebAdi responsibility > Create Document
2. General Ledger - Journals integrator and Layout: Functional Actuals - Single using DFF line
3. Upload Journals


B) While trying to create the Manual journal using DFF  facing the below error:

ERROR
-----------------------
FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to invalid configuration.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. GL responsibility
2. Journal form> Create new Manual Journal
3. Add Account in the Journal Line
4. Add DFF information
5. Then Error: FRM-92101 There was a Failure in the Forms Server during startup.

Changes

Adding more Context Values to DFF with title Enter Journals:Captured Information from Descriptive Flexfield Segments form,
navigation path: Setup : Financials : Flexfields : Descriptive: Segments
