Last updated on JUNE 13, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Applications Manager - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Access Tracking and Auditing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
The page Access data available through OAM > Site Map > Monitoring > Usage > Applications Usage Reports shows all used responsibilities but it does not show responsibilities that are not used by users that were assigned to them.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
The page access data should display all responsibilities not used by any users assigned to them.

WORKAROUND
-------------------------------
The workaround available is to find this information  by manually comparing used responsibilities vs assigned responsibilities which is a high labor intensive task.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set profile Sign-On:Audit at site level to USER or RESPONSIBILITY or FORM or NONE
2. Login with the user that has one responsibility. For example, Ak Html Forms
3. Run the concurrent request "Signon Audit Responsibilities" and check the report. It will only show responsibilities used by this user.
