Line Level Credit Checking does not Consider Tax Amount , When Include Tax Option is Enabled on the Credit Check Rule (Doc ID 2376613.1)

Last updated on MARCH 21, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Order Management - Version 12.2.4 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

For Line Level Credit Checking , find the Line Totals do not include the Tax amount
when compared with the available limits.

This causes some ineligible lines to by-pass Credit Checking

Expect the Line Totals to include the Tax amounts during the Credit Checking process

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Credit Check rule for Line Level Credit Checking , with Include Tax enabled
2. Use this rule for Credit Checking
3. Set the System Parameter Credit Hold Sequence for Order Lines as
Schedule Ship Date/Request Date,Shipment Priority,Line Number ( actually any
value will do)
4. Create Order with several Lines and the associated debug log shows the Line
Totals used for comparing against available limits are missing the Tax value
