in Lease Management , Evergreen eligible Contracts with accepted Renewal quotes are first Expired and the turned to Evergreen
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When Accepted Renewal Quote exists for the contract the contract should be expired without turning it to evergreen
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Renewal Quote for Booked Contract that is evergreen eligible
2. Run Terminate Expired Contracts
3. The program is expiring the contract and then turning it to Evergreen
