"Failure Of Server APACHE Bridge" When Trying to Update the Grade Rates Using Total Compensation Setup Wizard (Doc ID 2376773.1)

Symptoms

When trying to update the complete grade ladder using of Total Compensation Setup Wizard, system waits for few minutes and then shows the below error:

ERROR

"Failure of server APACHE bridge (No backend server available for connection timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set of OFF or method not idempotent."


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update the Grade rates by using of Total Compensation Setup Wizard.
2. Receive the above error.
