FRM-41072: Cannot Create Group contact_cust_record_group Subscriber Contact After Patch 26102996 (Doc ID 2376973.1)

Symptoms

After applying patch 26102996, users receive the following error when adding any Subscriber Contact role or updating the existing Subscriber Contact role in the Service Contracts Authoring form (OKSAUDET)

FRM-41072: Cannot create Group contact_cust_record_group

Error in form OKSAUDET is:
FRM-41072: Cannot create Group contact_cust_record_group
FRM-41076:Error populating Group

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Service Contracts Manager

  1. Navigate to Launch Contracts from the Main Menu.
  2. Open the Contract Navigator tab.
  3. Select 'Tools' from the toolbar; select 'New'.
  4. Select Category = 'Service Agreement'.
  5. Press OK.
  6. Enter the required fields for the Service Agreement.
  7. Open the Lines tab, and then the Accounts subtab.
  8. In the Customer Contacts section of the form, select the list of values icon for Role.
  9. Select the role. You receive the error.
