Wrong Case Number In Party Information - Case Worker responsibility

On : 12.1.3 version, Case Worker, Agent Dashboard
When searching for a particular party and click on the "Cases" Tab there are cases that appears which relates to a completely different customer.
In the case tab should be displayed the cases for that particular customer only
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Case Worker
2. (N) Agent Dashboard > Party Search in 'Simple Search' Enter a particular Party_number in 'Registry ID'
4. Under 'Cases' Tab are cases that appears which relates to a completely different customer.
