When creating a new contact for an employee and selecting an existing employee as the contact, in Contact's Details Phone Number Form (PERWSPHN) Phones Type Does not have a List Of Values and
following error occurs.
FRM-40350 Query caused no records to be retrieved
FRM-40208 Form running in query-oly mode. cannot change database fields
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login in application
2) Select US Super HRMS Manager responsibility
3) People > Enter & Maintain
4) Query an employee
5) Navigate to Others > Contacts
6) Click on the list of values and find an existing employee
7) Add contact type
8) Click on the Contact's Details button
a) In LOV Select: Enter Phone Numbers
b) In Phone Number Form (PERWSPHN) click on Type LOV
c) Error: FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved
d) If click again on Type LOV
e) Error: FRM-40208 Form running in query-oly mode. cannot change database fields.
