Unable to fill in context value field clicking magnifying glass results in screen full of code.

Navigation: Oracle Trade Management User > Trade Management > Trade Planning > Create

Fill in Offer Name, Offer Code, End Date of today.
Click Create.
Click the Magnifying glass to the right of the Context Value field

On Advanced Options tab of Offer, Fields are missing: Beneficiary, Bucket, Settlement Method,
