On Account Receipts are not appearing on the Information Discovery Dashboards for Oracle Receivables.

Expect to be able to see on-account receipts on the Information Discovery Receivables Dashboard.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receivables Information Discovery dashboard
2. No details for on-account receipts
