CFDI Payroll Payslip XML File is Reporting Absence 020 Deduction Code And Disability 006 Code Incorrectly in Both Earnings and Deductions (Doc ID 2379181.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle HRMS (Mexico) - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 12.1.3 version, Payroll - General

Absence elements are being reported on Earnings section with values 0.00 even though they have 020 - Absences (Deduction Code) configured for CFDI XML file reporting. Same happens with disability elements code 006

for example  Absence element 'Unexcused Absence MX'

- <nomina12:Percepciones TotalSueldos="3450.00" TotalGravado="3450.00" TotalExento="0.00">
<nomina12:Percepcion TipoPercepcion="001" Clave="MusaDayRate" Concepto="MusaDayRate" ImporteGravado="3200.00" ImporteExento="0.00"/>
<nomina12:Percepcion TipoPercepcion="020" Clave="UnexcusedAbsenc" Concepto="Unexcused Absence MX" ImporteGravado="0.00" ImporteExento="0.00"/>
- <nomina12:Deducciones TotalOtrasDeducciones="43.86" TotalImpuestosRetenidos="145.79">
<nomina12:Deduccion TipoDeduccion="002" Clave="ISRWithheld" Concepto="ISR Withheld" Importe="145.79"/>
<nomina12:Deduccion TipoDeduccion="020" Clave="UnexcusedAbsenc" Concepto="Unexcused Absence MX" Importe="43.86"/>

Absence element which has code 020 - Absence Deduction Code and Disability elements with code 006 should only be reportin the Deduction section of the CFDI Payroll Payslip XML

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Patch# 27448529:R12.PAY.B which delivers paymxpaysliparch.pkb 120.2.12010000.55
2. Assign Absence attached to absence element with CFDI code 020 Absence - Deduction Code and/or Disabilities code 006
3. Run payroll to CFDI
