GST : After Ship Confirm , Taxes Are Not Appearing In The Shipping Transactions Form (Doc ID 2379557.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to process sales orders, after ship confirm but the India Tax Detail form does not show the Tax Amount and Tax Rate Details are
also not populated.

Expected Behavior
------------------
Taxes which are applied on the Sales order are expected to flow at ship confirm / shipping transactions form
and subsequently to the AR invoices created for the order.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Sales Order created with Tax Category.
2. Picked release done and delivery created
3. Ship Confirm the Delivery
4. On navigating to Tools - India Tax Details form , No taxes are appearing.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, need resolution to orders not populating the Tax Amount
and Tax Rate Details via the India Tax Details Form.
