Mobile Field Service : Nothing Happens Upon Clicking "Business Process" Under Add Install Screen (Doc ID 2379598.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Multiplatform iOS And Android General

Using the Smartphone view ,Nothing happens and no selection pop-up comes upon clicking "Business Process" under Add Install ,Expense and Labor
Upon switching to to "Tablet" view, the pop-up works as expected .

Expect that the Business Process List of Values works as expected even while using Smartphone view of the Mobile Field Service (MFS) multi platform device

Workaround is available i.e. Switch to Tablet view in Preference

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Mobile Field Service (MFS) multi platform device Using default preference as Smartphone view
2. Choose Tasks
3. Open any task
4. Under Actions Choose Material Install ->Add Install
5.Click Business Process

Observe that nothing happens
The same is observed during adding Expense and Labor lines as well
