When Searching Service Orders By RMA Number Not All Results Are Returned

On : 12.2.4 version, Repair Order Management- Test/ Production instance
Find Requests in Depot Repair does not give all the results when similar RMA# exists for two OU .
A customer has 2 identical RMA numbers. ORG 1 has RMA XYZ, ORG 2 has RMA XYZ.
Profile option "CSD: Restrict Service Order Search by Manufacturing Organization" is set to 'NO'
But when Searching by the RMA XYZ the form only displays one record.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS
2. Navigated to Depot Repair Manager Responsibility
3. Find Repair Orders
4. Entered RMA
5.Clicked on Find one row result came
6.If I clicked find RMA option it is showing all the results associated with RMA.
