Symptoms
Price of Standard Purchase Order (PO) can be updated even the 'Allow Price Override' was unchecked in the source Global Blanket Purchase Agreement (GBPA)
Reproducible steps
1. Create and approve GBPA with 'Allow Price Override' checkbox unchecked
2. Create Standard PO against the GBPA and saved
3. Change the PO price and saved
4. System allow the price of the PO to be changed and successfully saved.
The functionality is working fine in Buyer Work Center. The problematic behaviour is only observed Core PO form.
