Unable to add an item to cart.

ERROR_RETURNED (API=Calculate_tax_with_GTT)
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iStore
2. Go to Direct Item entry page
3. Enter any item and click 'Add to cart' to receive error
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Users are unable to shop when they do not have a default/primary ship-to address.
