R12 E-Business Suite Web Applications Desktop Integrator Users Are Unable To Open Product / Custom Integrators In A Responsibility Due To Error 'Invalid Integrator Key' (Doc ID 2379913.1)

E-Business Suite R12 Web Applications Desktop Integrator, WebADI related issues

 
Specific users report the below error when attempting open a custom WebADI integrator from their assigned responsibility:

'ERROR  231:(INTEGRATOR_CODE) is an invalid Integrator Key'

The error can occur for any product with a custom integrator (AR, GL, AP, etc), for example in General Ledger the following messages are received:

'GENERAL_65_INTG,GENERAL_66_INTG is an invalid Integrator Key'

or

'231:JOURNALS_120 is an invalid Integrator Key'

The The BNE (WebADI) logfile shows something like the following:

... AJPRequestHandler-HTTPThreadGroup-6 WARNING BneSecurityRule.accessAllowed(): Ensure the user has one of the functions BNE_ADI_CREATE_DOCUMENT,BNE_CREATE_DOCUMENT,GLXBDENT_J,GLXJEENT_A,GLXJEENT_E,GLXJIRUN in their current menu. FND_FUNCTION.TEST() must return Y on one of these functions.
