E-Business Suite R12 Applications Technology Stack, Jserv, JDK, JVM, JRE related issues
Users report the login page requests then to login again when opening an OAF form in Internet Explorer after implementing Java Web Start.
The user base notices strange behavior when trying to open a OAF(HTML) form from Navigator as it opens a new browser window and asks the user to login again.
This is happening ONLY with Internet Explorer when using JWS.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. trying to open a OAF(HTML) form from Navigator after implementing JWS
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open E-Business pages as expected.
