Unable to Create GTM Trade Item With Item Name More Than 50 Characters (Doc ID 2380380.1)

You are not able to create a GTM Trade Item with Item Name that has more than 50 characters from UI even though the column length is 240 characters.

Go to Trade Master Data > Trade Item Management > Trade Item > New

Try to create a Trade Item with an ITEM NAME that contains more than 50 characters. GTM only takes 50 characters.

Looking at the DB schema at the ITEM table, the ITEM_NAME size is 240 characters.

ITEM_NAME VARCHAR2(240)
