Request For A Capability Of Resetting Someone's Appraisal Under "Switch As Manager" using Responsibility: HR Professional (Doc ID 2380411.1)

The current functionality does not allow the Compensation Administrator (HR Professional) to be able to reset someone’s appraisal, or to log in as the manager to see what exactly is the issue they are facing, and to resolve it right then and there.  

Customer's issue is primarily around the "Appraisal" task being not available when HR professional switches as manager or employee.
