On : 12.2 version, Receivables Uptake of EBTAX

Upgrade fails at creating index AR_GTA_TRX_HEADERS_U2

This occurs when  running the 12.2 upgrade driver and the patch fails at creating index AR_GTA_TRX_HEADERS_U2.
