User Accidentally Shipped Full Quantity On First Delivery Detail Of A Split Delivery

Symptoms

A line split at shipping was accidentally shipped in full in the first delivery detail.
The Interface Trip Stop fails with negative balance as the material is no longer available.
This was due to user errors with quantities when delivery split but full quantity entered on first shipment.
Interface trip stop could not then close the lines, due to the mismatch.

Expected Shipped Quantity: 4010 lbs, 1 piece (pc)
Actual Shipped Quantity: 4814, 1 pc

Delivery Details
Line 1.2, Delivery Detail #1: Quantity: 4010 lbs, .7995 pieces
Line 1.2, Delivery Detail #2: Quantity: 804 lbs, .2005 pieces

STEPS
1. Create, book, ship an order.
2. Split order line.
3. Enter wrong quantity on split line.
4. Transaction errors to process.
