Duplicate Records Created For Successor Who Has Person Type Employee.Applicant

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to add an employee.applicant to a succession plan, the employee details are duplicated because the employee is also an applicant to a number of vacancies from irecruitment.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Succession Planning responsibility
2. Navigate to Succession Planning function
3. Go to Manage Plans tab
4. Select a plan > Click on Update option
5. The employee details are duplicated
